Pricing

One price. Everything included.
Forever means forever.

Every plan gets the full product: hourly backups, history that never expires, and the sealed Vault. The plans differ in how many computers you protect and how deep the Vault goes. That is the whole model.

Read a competitor's pricing page first

Pricing games we refuse to play.

Go read the pricing pages of the big backup brands. Bring a calculator and a lawyer. Then come back. These are the tricks you will have seen, and our position on each.

The pay-to-remember fee.

A famous backup product charges extra, per computer, per month, plus a per-gigabyte rate, so that your own version history is not deleted. Storing your past is treated as a premium feature. With us, forever is the default, in every plan, at no extra charge. Deleting your history should not be a revenue stream.

Per-gigabyte anxiety.

Pricing by the gigabyte means every backup makes your bill less predictable, and quietly rewards you for protecting less. We price per computer with a generous pool, because the decision "should I protect this folder" should never involve arithmetic.

Recovery fees.

Some products charge for large restores, courier drives, or "expedited recovery." Read that again: they charge you extra on the worst day of your business life, when you have no alternative. Our position: restoring your own files is the product working, not an upsell. No recovery fees. Ever.

The "contact sales" curtain.

Enterprise backup vendors hide prices behind demos and discovery calls, because the price depends on how much they think you can pay. Our prices are on this page. They are the same for everyone, including people who never call us.

The first-year teaser.

A low headline price for year one, then a silent jump at renewal. We have one price. It is the price. If we ever raise it, existing customers keep what they signed up at.

Straight answers

The questions people actually ask about price.

Why not cheaper? Keeping your files forever, sealed nightly, with an engineer who answers the phone, costs real money. Products cheaper than us delete your history to afford their price. That is the trade. We chose the other side of it.

What counts as a computer? Any machine running EverBack: desktop or laptop. Servers are included on Business Pro.

What if I go over my storage? Nothing breaks. We tell you plainly, and extra storage is $5 per TB per month. No surprise invoices, no stopped backups.

What happens if I cancel? You keep access for 60 days to export everything. Your backups are in an open format your own engineer can restore. We do not hold data hostage, even when you leave.

Buying for clients? If you are an IT company or an accountant managing others, there is wholesale pricing on the partner page.
